Prof. Peggy A. Russell, Ph.D.

Prof. Russell holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the Florida State University.  She joined the faculty of Indian River State College as an Assistant Professor in 2007.

Prof. Russell has been certified by the District Board of Trustees of Indian River State College to teach Psychology at the pre-baccalaureate level. Psychology
