c EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION d

STAFF EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

FACULTY MEMBER OF THE MONTH

The Staff Employee of the Month Award recognizes a non-instructional employee who consistently puts students first. IRSC Staff act as a link between the students, the College, and the community. They support the instructional process, help create the learning environment, and assist in the advancement of the institution while engaging in professional development, and serving on committees and workgroups. This award was designed to recognize those that consistently go "above and beyond," from the counselors who impact students each day to the members of the maintenance staff who go the extra mile to ensure students have the best possible learning environment.

Nominations are evaluated by the Employee Recognition Committee comprised of IRSC staff members, faculty, and administrators. Click on the link below to for a nomination form. Nomination forms are also available at the Print Shop, Human Resources, Branch Campuses, and the Institutional Effectiveness Office. Nominations will be collected on a regular basis by the Chair of the Employee Recognition Committee, and representatives at the Branch Campuses. Feel free to "campus-mail" your nominations directly to me if you wish. Three nominations will be chosen from the nomination pool each month and sent to the President's Cabinet for their discussion. The chosen recipient will be recognized by Dr. Massey, who will present a plaque to the chosen staff member within his or her department. The winner will be announced the IRSC Website, and at the Board of Trustees Meeting for that month.

The Employee Recognition Committee would like to thank the Support Staff of IRSC for all of its dedication to our students. We hope that you join us in recognizing dedicated employees through this award!
